Outside The Square Canvas – Shipping and Returns

Outside The Square Canvases are made to order, ensuring optimal quality and attention to detail on every canvas – therefore a lead time of up to 10 working days is required prior to shipping for canvas to be stretched. If you need your canvas in a hurry please let us know and we will do what we can to accomodate your request.

We have many years of experience in the transport of artwork and canvas – Tom has worked as an Artist and in Art Supplies for 10 years, and so all of our canvases are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.

While we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur in transit – in the unlikely event that it does please contact us immediately with photographs and we will do what we can to resolve this. As our customer experience is extremely important to our small business.

We use a range of couriers, depending on rates and reputations to different regions – to most regions of Australia you should receive your order within 7 business following dispatch, it is often under 5 business days to most regions.

Returns –

We want to give you peace of mind – so if what you received is not what you expected or there are any issues, please contact us and we can discuss potential for returns. Returns will only be accepted for change of mind at the buyers expense for return postage.
